- Jogging, running or simply walking for 45 minutes each day will help to keep our body stronger and have an amazing skin too! Natural glow comes when our body sweat, that is because we are removing harmful chemicals. And exercise also is a good way to unstressed.
- And finally, smile! It boost our immune system, it makes us attractive and it makes the world a better place =)
